Masorti Olami & MERCAZ Olami Final Registration form for the 37/4 Session of the Va’ad HaPoel

Below you will find important information regarding subsidies, transportation, meals and the schedule for the Va’ad HaPoel (VHP). Please be sure to fill out this form (one form per person) in its entirety, so we can make the necessary arrangements for your participation.

Important information:

1. Subsidies* –  Travel subsidies are only available to VHP full members. In order to receive your travel subsidy from us, please send a copy of your passport and flight (with the price on it) to tehila@masortiolami.org before you arrive in Israel. You can see the full list of flight subsidies by clicking here.

*Va’ad HaPoel delegates that are members on JAFI’s Board of Governors will receive their additional travel reimbursement directly from JAFI.

2. Hotel Reservations – All participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations directly through IGT by following this link. Those eligible for hotel subsidies will be reimbursed accordingly. If you need to make any changes to your hotel reservation, please email Doron Epstein from IGT  (Doron@igt.co.il).

3. Registration Fee – The registration fee for alternate members and observers is $56 per person. Payments can be made to the MERCAZ/Masorti Olami office upon arrival.
