Rabbi Randy Brown – Senior Development Officer
Originally from Miami, Florida Rabbi Brown received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Jewish Studies at University of Florida. After studying his Junior year at Tel-Aviv University in 1994 he returned to Israel in 1996 to complete his MBA at Bar-Ilan University. While in Israel, Rabbi Brown assisted several high-tech firms with Sales & Marketing plans. Fluent in Hebrew & Spanish, he volunteered as Foreign Relations Correspondent for Former Prime Minister Shimon Peres. After a successful career in Commercial Real Estate and Telecommunications, Rabbi Brown enrolled at the Jewish Theological Seminary to attain an MA in Jewish Education. During his tenure in Los Angeles as Director of Interreligious Affairs for American Jewish Committee (AJC), Randy was ordained at Academy of Jewish Religion.
Rabbi Brown is a Board Member for MERCAZ USA and has been a delegate at the previous two World Zionist Congresses.
Rabbi Brown currently lives in Washington, DC with his wife Cantor Arianne Brown who serves as Hazzan at Adas Israel Congregation and they are the proud parents of Yonah Zemer and Nathaniel Emet.
Rabbi Brown looks forward to helping raise the public exposure of Masorti Olami and procuring resources to further the dynamic vision of the Masorti movement.
